What can I expect?

  • How long is a Calvary service?

In total, a Calvary Barrie service is about 75 minutes in length. Services begin with one of the Calvary worship teams leading the church in music - Sony lyrics are projected onto the screen so you can follow along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of the service is complete, one of our “service hosts” will pray and shift the service over to one of our pastors, who will share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.

  • What's the culture like at Calvary Barrie?

Sundays at Calvary are welcoming, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

  • What about my kids?

We believe that kids should have a blast each and every week at Calvary, and our Calvary Kids Team make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety — we have a detailed check-in process for our Calvary Kids program. You’ll want to give yourself an extra 5-10 minutes to get your child signed in. Calvary Kids is available every Sunday service for infants until age 12.

For more details visit our Calvary Kids Page.
